Springdale sits just south of Rogers and straddles the Washington–Benton county line. It is one of the region’s older working towns, with neighborhoods around downtown and Emma Avenue that go back generations, and newer subdivisions spreading east and west.
That makes Springdale a town of repairs and remodels: rooms getting new circuits, kitchens being opened up, rentals that need their outlets and panels brought up to date, and older houses where we troubleshoot a problem someone patched years ago.

Springdale questions
Asked in Springdale.
Straight answers for Springdale homeowners. More in our 33-question Q&A.
Do you work in Springdale as well as Rogers?
Yes. Springdale is right down I-49 from our base in Rogers, on both the Benton and Washington County sides.
My older Springdale house still has two-prong outlets. Is that a problem?
Two-prong outlets have no ground wire. Swapping in a three-prong outlet without a ground is not a fix. The right answer is to run a ground or add GFCI protection and label it correctly, depending on the circuit and what’s plugged in. We’ll tell you which makes sense.
We’re remodeling a kitchen in Springdale. When should we call an electrician?
Before the walls are closed, ideally before the cabinets are ordered. Kitchens need several dedicated circuits, GFCI protection and a lighting plan, and it’s far easier to get them right during demolition than after.
