Who does what.
Your power company (SWEPCO, Carroll Electric Cooperative, or a city utility such as Bentonville’s) owns the line and the meter. Inside city limits, your city issues electrical permits and inspections. In Rogers, a company pulling electrical permits needs a master electrician license. We handle everything from the meter base in.
